Harold Reid - Founder
Harold Reid created City Electric Works, Inc. in 1979 with the objective of building a business that would provide value to customers and enhance the professional and personal lives of employees.
Harold Reid was an important part of San Diego County's growth. In the early days, Harold worked on supplying electrical power to vast regions of San Diego and contributed his services to assist the boom-time rise and successful growth in San Diego County.
Harold has been an avid surfer for over 40 years and contributes his time and money to environmental causes that help protect and keep our ocean and beaches safe and clean.
Even though Harold retired in 2009, he still plays a vital role in consulting, designing, and utilizing his 40 years of experience.

Jeff Godinho - President/Owner
Jeff Godinho started his electrical career in Central California in 1991. He joined CEW, Inc. in 1998. Jeff is a California State certified Journeyman and State Licensed Contractor.
With determination and hard work, Jeff became President/Owner of CEW, Inc. in 2009.
Jeff has been married for over 10 years with 4 wonderful children.
With his leadership and strong family values, he believes a successful business should have the same building blocks as a successful family.
Structure, cohesion, flexibility, communication, and integrity set the standards for that.
"The principals should be the same. Take pride in your work and take care of one another. Business is built on reputation. If you make healthy choices in all that you do, success will follow."
Jeff is also a long time avid surfer who belongs to organizations that protect the welfare of our environment.
